About Shelly Trujillo

Few people are lucky enough to say they truly love what they do, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a career that combines so many things that are important to me—people, relationships, community, and helping others.

I am a Colorado native, born in Boulder, with parents who were born and raised in Louisville with many of my childhood memories rooted in this small town and the surrounding communities. Colorado has always been home, and I have a deep appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and communities that make this such a wonderful place to live.

My professional background in healthcare consulting services and business operations has always centered around customer success and the people—understanding their goals, solving challenges, and making sure they felt supported. Finding ways to help and knowing that the work I was doing made a positive impact has always been incredibly rewarding. Real estate felt like a natural extension of that passion.

As a REALTOR®, Broker Associate, I have the privilege of helping clients navigate one of the most exciting and meaningful decisions of their lives. For me, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling. A home can represent a change in lifestyle, a growing family, downsizing, an investment in the future, or simply a new beginning. I love being part of those moments and helping my clients feel confident and supported along the way.

My approach is personal and relationship-driven. I take the time to listen, understand my clients’ goals, and make sure they feel informed every step of the way. I am committed to being someone my clients can count on—to answer their questions, navigate the unexpected, negotiate on their behalf, and always have their best interests at heart.

I love hearing their stories and building relationships that continue long after a transaction is complete. My goal is not simply to help someone buy or sell a home, but to become a trusted resource they feel comfortable turning to for years to come. My heart is in what I do, and I believe genuine care makes all the difference.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family. I am the proud mother of two adult daughters and two beautiful grandchildren. I also enjoy connecting with my community, learning new things, and meeting new people. You can often find me at a farmers market, discovering local coffee shops and restaurants, shopping at local boutiques or exploring Colorado’s mountain towns.
