As a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), I combine strong negotiation skills and in-depth market knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people. I believe that real estate is about so much more than buying or selling a house; it’s about understanding what matters most to you, navigating important decisions with confidence, and helping you move into the next chapter of your life.

I’m also known for building real, lasting relationships with my clients. By the time we reach the closing table, many clients feel more like family—and often become lifelong friends. I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, senior clients, military families, and individuals navigating divorce, as well as complex negotiations where experience, patience, and calm guidance make all the difference. I also enjoy mentoring new agents within my brokerage, which keeps me learning, growing, and staying informed in an ever-changing real estate market.

Giving back to my community is an important part of who I am. I am a  youth Mentor at my local  church and  that keeps me grounded and strengthens my commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Outside of real estate, you’ll likely find me exploring Colorado’s trails and mountains with my dogs and family, spending quality time with loved ones, or soaking up every moment with my grandson.
