Kristie's interest in real estate is grounded in firsthand experience as a homeowner and property investor. She purchased her first townhome in 2010, her family's current home in 2016, and an investment condo at Granby Ranch in 2020. She also spent six years owning and managing a short-term rental in Grand County, gaining practical experience with property ownership, guest hospitality, and the details involved in maintaining a successful rental investment. Through frequent visits to Granby and Grand Lake and her own property ownership in the area, she has developed a personal connection to Grand County and its mountain communities.
