Kathleen Barlow is a Colorado real estate agent, Broker Associate, and REALTOR® with West + Main Homes, helping buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area, including Denver, Lakewood, Golden, Thornton, and Littleton. She enjoys getting to know the people behind each move and helping them find a home that fits their everyday lives. With local knowledge and a warm, straightforward approach, Kathleen makes buying or selling a home feel more manageable from the start.
Raised in Colorado from early childhood, Kathleen’s interest in real estate began while tagging along with her father as he built homes and invested in properties in Colorado Springs. Those experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for homes, architecture, and the people who give each place its personality.
Kathleen moved to Denver to attend the University of Denver, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in European History. After several years working in nonprofits, she earned a master’s degree in American History, focusing on historic preservation and architectural styles. That background shapes her appreciation for Denver’s historic homes, distinctive architecture, and established neighborhoods.
As a former educator and writer, Kathleen brings patience, curiosity, and clear communication to her work. She helps home buyers consider how a property fits their needs and guides sellers through home preparation, pricing, and personalized real estate marketing. Whether clients are buying their first home or getting ready for a new chapter, she offers honest guidance and thoughtful support along the way.
Outside of real estate, Kathleen enjoys time with her husband and two children, catching up with friends, and making room for the people she loves. Her interests in history, architecture, and storytelling extend well beyond her work. She’s always curious about the stories that connect people and places—and loves helping clients begin their next one.
