About Jessica Shanahan

I’ve been in the real estate world for over 20 years, as a mortgage lender and investor. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to see firsthand how clients and mentors were using real estate to build long-term wealth. I was intrigued, so I decided to take the leap and purchase my first investment property. I was hooked. Nine investment properties later, that experience has shaped not only the way I invest personally, but also the way I approach my business. I’m passionate about helping my clients see real estate as more than just a place to live—it can also be an incredibly powerful tool for building wealth and creating financial opportunities for the future. Whether I’m helping a first-time homebuyer purchase their very first property or working with a seasoned investor on their next acquisition, I love helping people think strategically about real estate and financing. Outside of real estate I spend my time playing hard with my kids and exploring our neighborhood- you've likely seen me around Applewood. I also love hiking, Pilates, music, and a good martini.
